Lol. People think I give a shit about a bikini. THIS IS THE REAL REASON I GOT FIT.
My journey so far. I don’t starve myself. I don’t go to group meetings or pay membership fees. I don’t take diet pills. I don’t hate myself. I don’t do fad diets. I don’t throw-up.
I do eat lots of small meals during the day. I jog the Couch to 5K Running Plan 3 times a week. I do avoid sugary sodas. I do play Dance Central on xbox kinect. I do treat my body with respect. I do surf the internet for inspiring “fitspiration” and NOT “thinspiration”. I do drink water more than I used to.
If I can do this in a healthy way anyone can.

Hey everyone. ^^ I just finished month 1 of Insanity. And surprisingly I lost more weight doing plain old 30 Day Shred than I did with Insanity. But month two of Insanity just looks scary.
I want to try a new work that will deliver results. What workouts do all of you do? Do you do a workout DVD or do you make up your own? Does the workout work? Any help would be appreciated. :)
